Ciberderecho.com is a project born from the eLab of Ecix Group with the aim of analysing the cyberproblems that arise on the Internet and propose real solutions, both from a cyber and a territorial perspective.
Cyberlaw is a new discipline born from the emergence of the internet and the cyberspace, which has led to an unprecedented revolution.
Traditional law regulates the social order of physical territories through laws and regulations of a continuing and compulsory nature created by the States. But cyberspace presents an unprecedented paradigm since it is an unregulated space, where the Law does not arrive nor is able to order effectively because of its local nature. This is the object of the study of this new discipline, where we wanted to be the pioneers when analysing and handling all these aspects.
The project is developed through the website www.ciberderecho.com where all the outreach material is collected, such as analyses, case studies, or news; and from which the services provided by the Ciberderecho team are daily offered to all users who come for help or advice.
I invite you to reflect upon this new discipline and to participate in the debate that is being created in the main legal and technological forums. Cyberlaw is the subject of the future, and I am sure that it will acquire the importance of the great disciplines of Law in a very short period of time.
Cyberspace establishes a new paradigm: the Law upside down. It is not the law that governs the Internet, but the Internet which governs the law.
