Ecuaciones legales is the project of Ecix in which is committed to Data Mining and Analysis as a key discipline for companies and organisations.
Through the obtaining, debugging and analysis of millions of data obtained from internal and external sources, values are acquired. These values are used to work towards a sole objective: to know the legal risk of suffering the imposition of penalties.
With this information, companies can reliably plan action protocols and draw up contingency plans to mitigate the risks detected before the incidents occur and the sanction occurs. With all that, it is intended to achieve the necessary legal security, understood as the activity devoid of future legal risks.
In my view, the elaboration of legal equations, so that an organisation has little chance of being sanctioned or condemned by a future event, will happen to carry out studies and elaborate calculations based on the foundations of the following equation, in order to achieve the greatest legal security in an organisation: Legal Risk is equal to impact or sanction according to probability. “LR = I x P”
Based on this equation, the manual of prevention and the map of legal risks can be elaborated to analyse, manage and mitigate, in a previously defined time cycle, the threats, regulatory vulnerabilities and future legal risks. And pursuing a specific purpose, achieve in each moment the necessary confidence and legal security in the daily activity of an organisation.
From Ecix we opt again for being the pioneers in a new discipline and thus, leading the way that is necessary going to be opened in the coming years between Mathematics and Law.
